Custom API integration for a real estate agency portal

A prominent real estate agency based in New York is facing significant operational challenges due to an outdated property synchronization system. Our current website fails to automatically pull the latest property listings from our central database, resulting in manual data entry errors, frustrated agents, and highly disappointed clients who frequently inquire about properties that have already been sold or rented.

We are urgently seeking a seasoned backend developer to implement the following critical technical solutions :

• Development of a highly secure, custom API synchronization module connecting our database to the website
• Implementation of automated daily data fetch routines to ensure all property listings remain perfectly accurate
• Comprehensive troubleshooting of existing theme conflicts that currently prevent high-resolution image uploads

The successful candidate must possess deep knowledge of complex database structures and seamless third-party integrations. Given the ongoing loss of potential sales, this project must be completed and fully operational by the end of June 2026.
